How to Change the Blog Header Title Background Colour in OceanWP
If you’re using the OceanWP theme and want to adjust the background colour of the title area that appears at the top of your blog pages, here’s how to do it:
- Log into your WordPress Dashboard.
- In the left-hand menu, go to Appearance > Customize. This opens the WordPress Customizer.
- Inside the Customizer, navigate to:
Pages & Special Pages > Page Title. - In the Page Title section, click on Typography and Colours.
- Find the Background Colour option and use the colour selector to choose a new background colour for the title area.
- Once you’re satisfied with your changes, click the Publish button to save them.
Notes
- This change affects the title section above blog content, not the blog post titles themselves.
- If your changes don’t appear immediately, try clearing your site or browser cache.
